Flights run late, and passengers worry about the driver waiting outside. It helps to know how an airport pickup is organised before you land.
When you book an arrival pickup, we ask for your flight number. That allows us to follow the flight rather than only the time printed on your booking.
Here is what we suggest you do, and why.
Always give us your flight number
With the flight number, your driver knows whether the flight is on time, early or late. Without it, we only know the time you gave us, and that can be wrong the moment the schedule changes.
If your flight is rebooked or you change flights, contact us as soon as you can with the new details.
What to do if you are delayed
Once you have landed, allow time for passport control and baggage. You can message or call your driver if it takes longer than expected. Our contact details are in your booking confirmation and on the contact page.
Waiting conditions and any additional time depend on your booking, so ask us when you book if you want to be sure of the terms.
Departures: the reverse situation
For a departure, a delay of the flight does not change the pickup time from your home or hotel unless you decide to move it. We recommend keeping the original time, since check-in and bag drop follow the airline's schedule, not the aircraft's.
